Booking Instructions
We're excited to work with you! Please review the booking process carefully:
Choose Your Session Type
Select the session that best fits your needs from the list of available services.Select Your Date and Time
Sessions are available on Mondays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Available time slots are based on the type of session selected.Complete Your Booking
A $50 nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your session. The retainer is applied toward your total session cost. Final payment is due on or before the session date.Review the Confirmation Email
Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with your session details, important information, and next steps.Rescheduling & Policies
If you need to reschedule, a $25 rescheduling fee applies. Please provide as much notice as possible. No-shows or cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer.

Sessions are booked with built-in buffers to allow time for setup, travel, and preparation between clients.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:
The $50 booking fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the client. Reschedules are allowed one time without penalty, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Rescheduling must occur within 3 months of the original session date. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply if a session is rescheduled within 48 hours of the booked time. If canceled entirely, the booking fee is forfeited. If the photographer must cancel, clients may choose a full refund or a complimentary reschedule.
